ControlsList lets you search a reference catalog, review listed device details, open available datasheets, save items temporarily in My List, and download individual or grouped datasheets. It is not an online store, emergency service, engineering service, or manufacturer support channel.

Device families, revisions, firmware, options, environmental limits, and compatible panels can differ even when model names look alike. Confirm the exact model and revision before purchasing, connecting, programming, servicing, or replacing equipment.

Catalog entries, availability indicators, technical summaries, search results, and linked documents are provided as useful references. They may be incomplete, incorrect, outdated, superseded, or not applicable to a particular configuration. A listed year, specification, compatibility note, approval, or document link is not a certification. You are responsible for checking critical information with the manufacturer and other authoritative sources before relying on it.

Manufacturer names, product names, trademarks, datasheets, manuals, and other third-party materials belong to their respective owners. ControlsList and T2X LLC do not claim ownership of those materials, and their inclusion does not imply sponsorship, affiliation, approval, or endorsement.

We organize documents to support product identification, research, repair, and education. Some datasheets are copies we host in a public file store; others may be links to third-party sites. We generally preserve documents as published rather than rewriting their technical content. Access through ControlsList does not give you a license to republish, modify, sell, scrape, or redistribute a document beyond the rights you already have through permission or applicable law. Whether a particular use is authorized or qualifies for a legal exception depends on its facts; ControlsList does not make that decision for you.

We take specific copyright concerns seriously. A copyright owner or authorized agent can use our DMCA notice form or the written-notice contact listed there to identify the work, information sufficient to locate the material, contact details, signature, and required legal statements. We review notices and seek missing information where appropriate. We may remove or disable access to identified material and maintain a process for counter-notices and repeat infringement. A submission receipt confirms delivery only; it is not a decision that infringement occurred.

ControlsList is a reference and discovery tool. Nothing on the site is engineering, legal, code-compliance, installation, maintenance, inspection, or other professional advice. T2X LLC does not certify the source documents, validate a user's interpretation, or speak for any manufacturer. Site-specific decisions belong with the qualified professional responsible for the work.

My List is saved only in your current browser session and is not a reservation of inventory. Grouped downloads include the available linked datasheets for selected items. A missing, inaccessible, duplicated, or invalid document may be omitted and reported in the included README. Downloads can be interrupted or corrupted, so verify a file before treating it as a working reference.

ControlsList does not accept payment or complete purchases on the website. Any sale is handled separately and is governed by the terms agreed for that transaction, including payment, delivery, inspection, returns, and warranty terms where applicable.

Use the site lawfully. Do not interfere with its operation, bypass access or rate limits, attempt unauthorized access, submit false or misleading information, introduce malicious code, or use automated means to scrape, harvest, or download the catalog and document library at scale. Do not use ControlsList to infringe another person's rights or to redistribute third-party materials without authorization.

ControlsList uses third-party hosting, storage, and delivery services and may link to websites we do not control. A link is provided for convenience, not as an endorsement. External services can change, move, or become unavailable, and their own terms and privacy practices apply when you use them.

ControlsList and its reference materials are provided as-is and as available. To the fullest extent permitted by law, T2X LLC makes no warranty—express or implied—about accuracy, completeness, currency, availability, compatibility, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or uninterrupted and error-free operation.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, T2X LLC is not responsible for losses, damage, injury, business interruption, data loss, or direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of or reliance on the site, catalog, documents, downloads, or external links. Nothing in these terms limits a responsibility that applicable law does not allow us to limit.
